Its basic by nature but will help maintain fitness in an environment you will want to return to week after week.

This package has been designed for those who are looking for a gym to train in. Our gym is like no other. Its a gym that's been designed around a military ethos. "Train hard". the gym is not open to the public, meaning there is no queuing for equipment, no wasted time, just old fashioned training. Its an olympic lifting gym with pulleys, benches, squat racks and enough free weights to sink a ship. So if you're looking for a quiet gym to exercise during the day or evening look no further.
